Our ingredients are strictly selected according to quality and purity criteria, sustainability aspects as well as scientific documentation. They come from certified suppliers from all over the world. We try to source all our ingredients in organic quality. You can find out more about the ingredients and their origin on the respective product detail page.
Our products are bottled and packaged in Austria under strict regulations. Our partner company for this is HACCP and organic certified.
Yes, all our products are gluten-free.
Yes, all our products are lactose-free.
Our products are packed in so-called pouches (bags) made of monoplastic and are therefore fully recyclable without any problems. Simply add it to the yellow garbage can and the packaging becomes part of the circular economy.
Order & Customer Account
You can pay with us by PayPal, credit card or prepayment.
No, you do not need a customer account to order from The Purity Brand. However, setting up an account is free and speeds up the check-out process.
With a customer account you can:
- Check out faster, in one purchase
- Check the status of current orders at any time
- View previous orders and place repeat orders
- Make changes to your account information
- Change your password
- Save multiple shipping addresses
If you have received a coupon code, you can redeem it in the checkout process at the very beginning of the order overview.
After the order is completed, your order will be packed immediately and handed over to GLS for shipping. If you need to make any changes or cancellations, please contact our Customer Service at as soon as possible. We will then check for you what else we can do.

We ship to the following countries:

Our delivery time within Germany is between 3 to 5 working days. For shipments to other European countries, the delivery time may vary.
You can find the shipping costs for the countries we serve in the table below. Prices are based on a package weight up to a maximum of 2 kg. From a value of goods of 100 € we ship free of shipping costs.

We ship with GLS Germany directly to you or on request to a GLS parcel store.
Returns for products eligible for return will be accepted within 14 days of purchase. You will bear the direct costs of the return shipment.
Items must be returned unopened/unused, with labels and in the original packaging. Items that are damaged upon receipt cannot be refunded. If a returned item is opened or used, a refund will be at the discretion of The Purity Brand.

If an order is returned in whole or in part, any free items received must also be returned in full. If you wish to exchange a product for another, please return the unwanted item within 14 days of purchase and place a new order yourself.
