Chlorella belongs to the freshwater algae and is one of the best known and most popular microalgae in the world today. Due to its exceptionally high chlorophyll content, broad nutrient profile, and concentration of plant proteins and phytochemicals, chlorella is now known as a superfood.
Organic chlorella as a natural source of iron
Our organic chlorella tablets serve as a natural source of iron. Per serving (4.8 g) contains 4.9 mg of iron. This corresponds to 35% of the recommended daily dose.

Organic chlorella with high fiber content
Our organic chlorella tablets contain 10 grams of dietary fiber per 100 grams. To be allowed to bear the designation “high fiber content” or “high fiber”, it must contain at least 6 grams of fiber per 100 grams. No. 3 Organic Chorella Tablets contain 10.1 grams of dietary fiber/100 grams and thus meet the requirements of EFSA.
In addition to dietary fiber, other polysaccharides have been found in Chlorella that act as stimulators of algal growth, but also have antioxidant activity, because an alga must also protect itself against free radical attack, and it does this with the help of antioxidants (11-14). In addition, Tabarsa’s research group (15) discovered and described an immune-enhancing water-soluble α-glucan derived from Chlorella vulgaris.

Our organic chlorella tablets contain vitamin B12. Per serving (4.8 g) contains 0.4 µg vitamin B12. This corresponds to 16% of the recommended daily dose.
